Attendees must own, operate or work for a convenience store, truck stop or petroleum marketer/distributor, or transport company. In fairness to exhibitors that financially support the show, suppliers that are not exhibiting will not be allowed on the exhibition floor unless they meet the criteria below. All registrations are subject to approval by ACES Expo management.

Non-exhibiting vendor policy

To protect the integrity of the show and to ensure the value of exhibit space at the ACES Expo, the endorsed policy of the show is as follows: Any non-exhibiting vendor who wishes to attend the ACES Expo must have paid AOMA Convention registration fees per person or your company must have paid an amount equal to the fee for one booth. Non-exhibiting vendors who have not paid fees will NOT be allowed on the trade show floor.
